Sadashiv Nagar is a fringe of the city Belgavi that is 1.7 km away from the City centre on south and has direct connectivity to AH4 though on the north. It has developed as a result of establishment of industries, educational institutions and commercial areas along the north and east side. Sadashiv Nagar is predominantly residential with a few community spaces and parks in and around religious buildings and it has industrial, educational and commercial development on the peripheral roads. Proximity to national highway as well as the core city makes it one of the desirable locations in the city.
