CBD-Tumkur is located at the centre of the Tumkur City with connectivity to state�s capital Bangalore with efficient public infrastructure, institutional and commercial services. Geographically and economically the city�s center today, has been developing and redeveloping especially after becoming part of the Smart City Mission. The portfolio exhibits at the factors which have facilitated this growth, the supporting services through the lens of an its strategic location and its influence on the city with urban planning policies and services at the city and precinct level. To advance a better understanding the key inferences and city level data has been compared with Bangalore and two similar populated Indian cities.
