Affordability and choices of living has played a mojor role in situating them selves in any particular location. these choices have lead to incremental housing in most of the neighbourhoods.with shift in building typologies, change in FSI, and land Cover, making neighbouhoods compact and dense.these Portfolio highlits these trend in at city level and the physical charecters at precicnt level.
