KRUSHNA LAHOTI
The portfolio decodes the area in old city of Washim, one of the smallest districts in the state of Maharashtra. The pandemic brought up challenges in studying such a place. With limited online data available due to limited documentation of city, personal interviews and extensive surveys were conducted to fulfill the need and understand the story behind a diverse and historically rich precinct. The study comprises of analysis done to understand the evolution of the precinct with respect to the town and changing times and needs, in comparison to other similar contexts.
